Pursuant to the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December, CODESPA FOUNDATION informs users of its website of the existence of files where the data requested through forms on this site are stored –whose fields must be completed – or through e-mail, as well as those obtained as a consequence of the legal relationship established between the user and CODESPA FOUNDATION.

With this information, the user expressly authorises CODESPA FOUNDATION to process the personal details that he has voluntarily supplied, with the sole aim of the maintenance, development and control of the legal relationship that may be established between the parties and to be able to inform him about the activities of CODESPA FOUNDATION.
